the producer of Amagansett Fine Arts & Crafts invites you to apply to be an exhibitor at the first annual Amagansett Fine Arts & Crafts. The festival will be held September 1 & 2, 2012 at the American Legion in Amagansett, New York.
This is a rain or shine event, and artists must be prepared for inclement weather. If the weather turns severe, the decision will be made to close the show at the director's discretion, until a time when it can be deemed safe to reopen. Artists will provide their own canopies and display materials. The setup will be on grass, so weights, stakes or dogtie screws may be used to anchor the displays against the wind. All sales will be handled by the exhibitors, and no commission will be taken.
Promotion and advertising will include a broad range of online and print marketing, including a series of press releases drawn up from interesting aspects of the various exhibitors to best showcase the color and quality of this event.

Setup: Friday, August 30th 12:00 noon until 8:00pm, and Saturday, September 1st 7:00am-10:00am
